The Carpigiani 161 T G SP combines a compact design with high performance for the production of soft-serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbets, custard, and plant-based recipes. Thanks to Hard-O-Tronic technology, it allows for precise adjustment of the product’s consistency to achieve a smooth and uniform texture with every serving. In addition, you can customize the shape of the ice cream using optional nozzles to offer a unique customer experience.
Comfort and Control
Its gravity-fed system keeps the mixture chilled and prevents the ingredients from separating, ensuring consistent quality throughout the entire operation. An audible alarm alerts the operator when the hopper needs to be refilled, while the rear feed into the cylinder eliminates the need for priming and simplifies daily operations. Its design features one of the lowest numbers of removable components in the industry, making cleaning easier and reducing maintenance time.
Energy savings
The 1.35-liter (1.4-qt) direct expansion cylinder optimizes the cooling process, speeding up freezing times and reducing energy consumption. In addition, its rear air outlet design allows multiple units to be installed side by side, making better use of the available space.
Advanced security with TEOREMA
The TEOREMA platform allows you to monitor and diagnose equipment remotely from a computer, tablet, or smartphone, facilitating technical support and reducing response times in the event of any issue.
Hygiene and maintenance
The Heat Treatment automatic system performs heat treatment cycles that help maintain high hygiene standards and allow cleaning intervals to be extended to a maximum of 42 days, in accordance with local health regulations. In addition, Standby mode keeps the mixture and the cylinder at safe temperatures during periods of inactivity while using minimal energy.
