Its gravity-fed system ensures simple and reliable operation, while Hard-O-Tronic technology automatically adjusts the cooling based on the product’s viscosity to maintain a consistent texture with every serving. In addition, it allows for serving two separate flavors plus a combination flavor and is compatible with the optional Star Door to create different shapes and presentations.

An audible alarm indicates when the mixture needs to be refilled, while the feed from the back of the cylinder eliminates the need for priming and facilitates continuous operation with better control of the product.

Technical specifications
The Carpigiani 193 BAR G features an 18-liter (19-quart) hopper and has an approximate production capacity of 30 kg/h (66 lb/h). It is available in air-cooled or water-cooled versions, as well as in single-phase or three-phase configurations, depending on the option selected. It uses R449A refrigerant, is equipped with two 1.2 HP mixing motors, and measures approximately 55 cm wide, 88 cm deep, and 90 cm high.
