The Carpigiani Ready 502 G allows you to mix, pasteurize, and churn in a single cylinder, simplifying the entire production process for artisanal gelato, sorbets, low-overrun desserts, and frozen pastries. Thanks to Dynamic Carpigiani technology, it guarantees consistent results and superior quality in every batch. Hard-O-Tronic technology automatically monitors the product’s consistency and determines the exact moment it is ready for discharge. In addition, the POM paddle is designed to withstand extreme temperatures and features self-adjusting scrapers that ensure complete product discharge.

The Ready 502 G features an automatic water-filling system that dispenses the exact amount needed for mixes and cleaning cycles, reducing errors and optimizing processing times. Its intuitive control panel allows you to monitor and adjust the process even while adding ingredients. The ergonomic design facilitates operation while standing, while the support tray allows for the use of both buckets and trays during dispensing. Additionally, the Crystal function enables the production of ice cream cakes, single-serving portions, and packaged frozen products via an optional dispensing door.

Daily cleaning is easier thanks to the high-temperature cleaning cycle and the removable discharge hopper. The cylinder and front panel are made of seamless stainless steel to maximize hygiene and facilitate sanitization. The Scotch-Brite treatment helps resist stains and greasy residue, while the “delayed cleaning” program automatically removes any remaining residue at the end of the production cycle, ensuring maximum food safety even during extended periods of inactivity.

The Carpigiani Ready 502 G features a 20-cuart (19-liter) mixing bowl capacity, a 4.6 HP mixing motor, and an R449A refrigeration system. It is available in air-cooled or water-cooled versions. The water-cooled version measures 20.8 inches wide, 37.8 inches deep, and 55.2 inches high. It operates on a 208-230V / 60Hz / 3-phase power supply and requires a dedicated 55-amp circuit.
