The Carpigiani 193 SP P is designed for high-volume businesses looking to produce soft-serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, and other frozen desserts of the highest quality. Its pump-fed system allows for greater control over overrun, while Hard-O-Tronic technology automatically adjusts cooling based on the product’s viscosity to maintain a consistent texture throughout operation. In addition, it offers two independent flavors plus a combined flavor and is compatible with the optional Star Door to create different shapes and presentations.
Comfort and Control
The hopper agitator keeps the mixture homogeneous and prevents the ingredients from separating, maintaining a uniform temperature. An audible alarm sounds when the mixture needs to be replenished, while the rear-feed system eliminates the need for priming and allows for an overrun of up to 80% in models equipped with a pump.
Energy efficiency
The 193 SP P is designed to deliver high performance with low energy consumption. Its unique cylinder design improves freezing efficiency by using less electricity and reduces the number of components that require cleaning, thereby cutting down on maintenance time.
Advanced security with TEOREMA
The TEOREMA platform allows you to monitor and diagnose equipment remotely from a computer, tablet, or smartphone, facilitating technical support and improving control over the machine’s operation.
Hygiene and maintenance
The Heat Treatment automatic system allows you to program heat treatment cycles to extend cleaning intervals up to a maximum of 42 days, in accordance with local health regulations. In addition, Standby mode maintains the mixture and the cylinder at safe temperatures during periods of inactivity while using minimal energy. To keep the equipment in optimal condition, Carpigiani recommends using the Carpi Care and Carpi Clean kits.
Technical specifications
The Carpigiani 193 SP P features a 12-liter (13-quart) hopper and has an approximate production capacity of 35 kg/h (77.2 lb/h). It is equipped with an air-cooling system, uses R449A refrigerant, and incorporates two mixing motors, each rated at 1.2 HP. It is available in single-phase or three-phase configurations, depending on the selected option. Its dimensions are 21.5“ wide, 34.4” deep, and 35.3″ high, with an approximate weight of 210 kg (463 lb).
