This Coldelite Compacta Vario 8 Elite 15 quarts horizontal batch freezer with a pasteurizer! Designed for creating batches of ice cream, gelato, or sorbet in a compact, all-in-one freezer, this unit has all the functionality you need. Since you can select the batch size you want to make, you can start small to perfect new recipes or produce large batches of tried and true favorites. Plus, since it has a small footprint it is easier to find the perfect spot for this unit in your kitchen or ice cream parlor.

Dual cylinders using heating, cooling, and freezing technology provide fine desserts. Constant heating plus rapid cooling and freezing ensure micro-fine and equally sized crystals for perfect mouth feel in every recipe.

It features both heating and freezing for production of your finest recipes. With its 2-in-1 structure, you can mix the ingredients and pasteurize them in the upper horizontal chamber. Simultaneously, the bottom cylinder freezes and produces your frozen desserts from 15 to 72 quarts per hour! The top pasteurizer cylinder can bring your mix to the desired temperature in minutes, then a direct transfer system efficiently transfers the mix to the bottom cylinder. It also has a direct extraction outlet so you can remove mix from the top chamber for use at a later time. The top and bottom cylinders work together to ensure high output. Since this machine can do it all, it offers a lower initial investment to get you into the ice cream business more easily.

This model has an electronic control panel that allows users to easily operate production using a single touch pad. Set your pasteurizer with the 11 preset programs from butter to ganache, customize batch freezing with 18 preset program cycles to your preference, and control the variable rotation speed of the elite stainless steel beater using the touchpad. Precision and complete control over the freezing process give the operator consistent and superior results every time.

And when you are done with production for the day, cleaning this ice cream freezer is easy. The included flexible sprayer helps you clean out the cylinders in place.

This water cooled unit requires a 208-230V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
