The Carpigiani LB 302 RTX G TRU-2 is designed to produce a wide variety of frozen desserts with high and low overrun, including ice cream, gelato, sorbets, custards, slushies, and many other specialties. Thanks to its patented Hard-O-Dynamic technology, the machine automatically achieves the ideal consistency regardless of batch size, ensuring consistent, high-quality results with every production run. It also features specialized beaters for ice cream and gelato, optimizing performance based on the type of product being made.
Comfort and Control
The control system greatly simplifies operation, offering maximum flexibility and ease of use. An audible alarm signals when the product has reached the perfect consistency for extraction. Its optimized extraction system minimizes flavor carryover between batches, reducing the need for frequent rinsing and improving productivity. As an option, a support tray for containers can be added during product extraction.
