The Carpigiani 193 SP G is the ideal gravity feed model for high-volume production with heat treatment. Renowned for producing the creamiest soft serve ice cream on the market, this machine is powerful and customizable for two flavors and combined flavors. Its exclusive Hard-O-Tronic consistency control technology regulates cooling by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality control. In addition, the optional Star Door allows the use of different nozzles to create unique shapes and single-serving products.

Convenience and savings

The agitator in the hopper prevents separation of the mixture and maintains a constant refrigerated temperature. An audible warning indicates when refilling is necessary. The mixture is fed from the rear of the cylinder, eliminating the need for priming and allowing greater control of overrun. This machine offers the lowest energy consumption and the fewest components to clean in the industry, with a unique cylinder construction that delivers better results using less electricity.

Security and monitoring with TEOREMA

The TEOREMA system provides easy assistance, offering online monitoring and diagnostics accessible from a tablet, phone, or PC anywhere.

Simplified hygiene and maintenance

Standby mode maintains safe product temperatures in the freezing cylinder and mixing hopper, using minimal energy during long periods of non-use. The automatic heat treatment system allows automatic heat treatment to be set for a maximum interval of 42 days.

Carpi Care and Carpi Clean cleaning kits

To keep the machine hygienically clean, Carpi Care and Carpi Clean kits are available.

Technical specifications

The Carpigiani 193 SP G measures 21.5 inches wide, 34.4 inches deep, and 35.3 inches high. It weighs 418 pounds (190 kg) and has a hopper capacity of 19 quarts (18 liters). It operates on a 208-230/60/1 A or 208-230/60/3 W/A power supply and features a 12 HP + 12 HP mixing motor and an R449A cooling system. The machine is available in both water-cooled and air-cooled versions.
